Is Trump going to set up a shadow government and use his DC hotel as its White House?

Hope this is just a rumor but up here in interior Alaska a couple of guys are saying it. They think he’s going to hold his own inauguration down the street from the real one. That’s just like him, you know trying to steal the show. He’ll have his own cabinet secretaries and the whole deal. Did anybody else hear about this? I’ll be real ticked off if he really does it.
